Christian Goodell is a commercial agent, residential agent, mortgage broker and
asset fund manager. He is a former Wall Street think tank advisor, multi-million
dollar project leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years of business experience.
Because of the client-based, word-of-mouth proliferation of his business, his
clients and featured properties span the maps of Los Angeles, the country and
the world. Christian is an honors graduate of Dartmouth and was a guest scholar
at Oxford. At the beginning of his career he spent a decade in Hollywood as
Executive Director of Development for Intercontinental Releasing; Assistant
Director for numerous motion pictures, commercials and music videos;
screenwriter; producer; CEO of Mind’s Eye Productions and President of Funk
Hollywood Entertainment. Mid-career he worked for William O'Neil & Co. where
he advised stock brokers, fund managers and investors in methods of
maximizing investment returns. This investment edge proves invaluable for
investors and developers, providing a sounding board for their investment
strategies. It also proves a great asset for Goodell Group residential clients since
home ownership is one of the most important investment vehicles available to
individuals and families. Christian moved to real estate in 2001 and brings a
consultative approach to the business, focusing on helping clients build their net
worth through smart acquisitions and projects and maximizing their gains at the
time of sale. He has been instrumental in opening four real estate offices
including one of the largest and most successful in Los Angeles: Keller Williams
Westside. Located in the Westwood Oppenheimer Tower, Keller Williams
Westside has over 200 agents, houses The Goodell Group corporate office and
serves as the broker of record for Goodell Group real estate transactions.
Christian also helped launch the Real Medicine Foundation, a charity he
continues to support as both corporate sponsor and advisor.
